A+ 5 star... I'm not sure what the complaints are about... this is a great little espresso maker. It makes a pretty good cup of espresso, yes, it cools off pretty quick would do the same in most cups as the cup is plastic. The cup could be thin metal insulated cup but then again, if you take more than a few minutes to drink it then go get a cup of coffee. You just need to know what you're getting. I got this for hiking its small lightweight and no power needed and durable. You'll need hot water... when I hike, I have my jetboil and in 27 pumps you've got espresso. The pumping action is easy and by using the Nespresso pods the measuring, tamping and cleanup mess is easy peasy. I wish Yominobo would make their coffee maker easy to use like this device. This is a device for travel, hiking and if you're a cheap skate for home, the price is good as the unit is so small lightweight and great functionality and so easy to use some folks will get fooled into thinking it's not worth it. WELL IT IS !

Después de probarla durante un tiempo, puedo decir que la Yominobo es una de esas compras que tienen sentido dependiendo del uso que le vayas a dar. En mi caso la buscaba para días de playa o campo, donde si no tienes bares para pedir, te quedas sin café. Con esta cafetera tienes la posibilidad de preparar tu propio expresso donde quieras, siempre que hayas hecho la planificación de cargarla de batería y café (el agua la puedes aportar desde una botella cuando te dispongas a hacer el café).

A diferencia de muchas cafeteras portátiles que dependen de tener agua caliente preparada, esta calienta el agua por sí misma. Es una comodidad enorme, aunque hay que tener claro que no es magia: si llenas el depósito con agua fría tendrás que esperar unos minutos hasta que alcance la temperatura adecuada. No es un problema, pero si buscas un café en 30 segundos antes de salir de casa, no es ese tipo de máquina.

La posibilidad de usar tanto café molido como cápsulas NS es uno de sus puntos fuertes. Para el día a día, las cápsulas son lo más práctico: no manchas casi nada y el resultado es siempre parecido. Pero donde realmente se disfruta es usando café molido de calidad. Eso sí, hay que encontrar el punto correcto con la molienda y la cantidad. Un café demasiado fino puede hacer que la extracción vaya más lenta y uno demasiado grueso puede dar un resultado más aguado. Una vez ajustado, el expresso tiene buen aroma, bastante cuerpo y una crema sorprendente para ser una cafetera portátil.

Just got home from a 5 day fishing trip. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the espresso and the ease of use of our pixapresso. We were able to make many espressos with preheated water. It does use up a lot of battery power when using it to heat the water. But in a crunch, it can heat up water pretty quickly and efficiently. And make several drinks before needing recharged. we were able to fill with our own coffee grounds and also very happy and satisfied with the results using those. We also used the ground coffee option, which was also just as enjoyable.

I LOVE this little powerhouse of an expresso maker. It is literally a ‘Where have you been my whole life?” traveling essential for expresso lovers. This version is a newer model. I do not know how the Yominobo team did it but they made a great product even better! The machine looks sleek and compact.
The coffee made with this machine is good, other reviews cover this in more detail, the clean up is simple, all of the accompanying pieces can be conveniently stored inside the unit.

This little travel buddy is well worth every penny. I highly recommend!

This is the third portable Yominobo machine I’ve purchased. Spend the extra money and get this one! It is hands down the best. The cheap ones don’t work for long before they start messing up. This one is built like a tank and makes great coffee.

Good, although i can see why newer models increased the water chamber to 80ml. the pump uses a moderate amount of power, but heating up the water seems to use a lot of power. this means, if you use preheated water and skip straight to pumping, you can get many uses out of it before needing to charge. charging takes a long time. make sure the power adapter is 5v "2a". don't use fast chargers. read the instructions.

I cannot wait to get this fully charged and use it. the previous reviews and my excitement all over the place. so now i have my own, let’s talk for real. hot or cold coffee maker for just me. it comes with a coffee scoop, charging cord and instructions, read them. let’s see how much i can save by using it and not buying ice coffee at mickey d’s 🤭 oh the box came really beat up and damaged, but after checking it out. the unit had no damage to it.

Amazing portable coffee maker, makes three coffees of up to 60ml each. If the water is cold, it will take six minutes to prepare each coffee. With hot water, it will take seconds, and in this case, dozens of coffees can be prepared. It is less powerful than a corded coffee maker, but it fulfills its function of preparing coffee anywhere. It recharges with the USB cable and takes more than 5 hours to charge. It does not work while charging.

As an espresso lover, I used to struggle on work trips to Eastern Europe and Africa because I couldn't find a decent shot to save my life (they drink real coffee there.) So, I went on a quest for the perfect portable espresso machine, small, practical, without lots of parts, and one that takes espresso pods.... and luckily I stumbled upon this one!

At first, I was on the hunt for an electric espresso maker, but the price tag was unjustifiable. Plus, the size of some of those contraptions was going to take some real estate in my luggage. So, I settled for this cute little manual machine, even though the thought of pumping it 20 times for one tiny shot didn't exactly make me want to do a happy dance.

But, let me tell you, this little one packs a punch! The entire process from boiling the water to pumping out a perfectly extracted shot takes less than 5 minutes.

I also own a Nespresso Creatista machine, which has more features than I know what to do with. So, it's refreshing to use a simpler device that performs just as well. Plus, I can use my espresso pods with this portable device. Most other portable machines, including the original of this one, do not have espresso pods feature or would require you to buy an attachment. I really dont use coffee grounds and dont want to make a mess of this when I am traveling or worry too much about cleaning, so the espresso pod was perfect for me!

Finally, this was easy to figure out without reading the manual. That was great. And, major props to the creators for providing a manual in multiple languages. Even though I didn't need it, it's always nice to have the option.

I am sure I am going to be using this now everywhere I go as it fits nicely in my purse. The only negative issue I found is the cup attached to it. I dont know if it's BPA free, but even if it is, BPA free cups become affected when they are heated. I wish it was a stainless steel cover instead.

Overall, I highly recommend this Yominobo. It does not compromise on taste or quality. Easy to use and really practical. I am a happy customer.

I'm shocked. The first shot I pulled I expected to be bad or mediocre as I dialed in the correct dose and grind. It was really pretty decent. The next four shots were very good! I'm not sure how a machine as small and basic as this can do that! I'm sufficiently pleased with the results that I bought a second one. Yes, I know, I don't NEED a second one. I just like the idea of having a backup Yominobo portable espresso, just because. And... since none of you people reading this review actually know me I don't need to be embarrassed about it :-). Espresso is a rabbit hole, a deep rabbit hole. Don't ask how many other espresso machines I have...

Very nice, solid looking espresso machine, this is the second one i bought for a friend. Coffee tastes great. So far i have only tried regular coffee, neapresso and dolce gusto will follow, which will make the machine really portable. I would not want to deal with ground coffee on the road.

I’m absolutely loving this espresso maker! As a coffee enthusiast, I’m thrilled to have a great shot of espresso at my fingertips. The dual option of capsules and fresh grounds is a huge plus. The heating feature is fantastic, but I must admit, it drains the battery much faster than using already hot water. Despite this minor drawback, it’s still a fantastic product overall.

Amazingly wonderful! Latte at my fingertips. Easy to use. Brews quickly if you’re using hot water, otherwise it takes just a few minutes. Extremely portable. Love the color.

Excellent portable coffee machine, now I can make a professional espresso anywhere. I've had the Picopresso for 3 years, it's excellent but it doesn't heat the water. With this one, I can heat the water and also change the filter to a high-extraction filter as shown in the photos.

Amazing product I make espresso anywhere..lol At my desk at work etc. I use blonde espresso from Starbucks and this portable 20 bar espresso machine makes the most delish espresso. easy to use but it does take like 3 mins to heat up and dispense coffee so it is not going to make quick espresso shots like a regular machine at home would But it gets the job done and produces nice crema as well.

The design is beautiful and it actually works. I get compliments on it at the office.
