Warranty Policy

YomiNobo's portable espresso machines are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect arises during the warranty period, please contact us to obtain warranty service.

This warranty applies only to machine products purchased directly from YomiNobo's official website. It does not apply to accessories, consumables, packaging, or other non-machine items.

Warranty Solutions

For defects covered under this warranty, YomiNobo will, at its option:

  1. Replace the product with the same or equivalent model
  2. Offer a refund or store credit

*Shipping costs for replacement products will be covered by YomiNobo for the first claim.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accessories, pods, capsules, or consumable parts
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
